There are a number of ways to access RSS feeds. You can install a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select, enabling you to view hundreds of headlines at once. After installing the news reader, you can add each feed manually from the Web site by clicking on the "Subscribe" or the "XML" orange button next to the feed.
An alternative to downloading a dedicated news reader is to use a Web-based news reader. For example, My Yahoo! users can now add RSS feeds directly to their personal page.

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. QuestaWeb.com offers several RSS feeds for use in news readers and Web logs (blogs). To sign up for RSS feeds from QuestaWeb.com, simply choose the news section that interests you from the list bellow. Than click on the orange "RSS", "ATOM" or "My Yahoo" button. Follow the instructions of your news reader (RSS Client) to subscribe to RSS feeds and read and monitor newest news with your news reader or your personal My Yahoo! page.

To use RSS/ATOM Feeds, you will need a special RSS/ATOM Feeds news reader or aggregator that will allow you to collect and display RSS/ATOM Feeds service. RSS/ATOM news readers allow you to view the service you select all together in the same place and, by automatically retrieving updates, stay current with new content soon after it is published.
There are many different news readers available, many for free. Most news readers are applications that you download and install. Some others are web-based service you sign-up for that work inside your browser.
